My spiritual yoga journey has started more than 10 years ago. I am a yoga teacher certified in different yoga discipline : Kundalini (certified KRI, level 1 & 2), Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin (Yoga Alliance). I am from France but living in Puerto Escondido (Mexico). I have teached yoga and organized retreats in many different places in the world (France, Spain, Mexico, Guatemala, Bali, England, Sri Lanka…).
